Prior to joining the prestigious Sotheby’s global network, C.J. started his career at Coldwell Banker Previews International, splitting his time between their Pacific Heights and Central Marin offices. He became the #1 Realtor under 35 and quickly earned the Blue Diamond award for sales excellence, the 2013 Coldwell Banker Rising Star award, and gained membership in the Previews International Gold Society.
Education + Background
After graduating from the Argyros School of Business at Chapman University, C.J. co-founded a startup consulting agency he grew to 10 employees. They provided everything from business strategy, marketing campaigns, sales, fundraising, and planning to a wide spectrum of companies. Once true/MGMT Consulting took on a life of its own, he shifted his focus onto international oil sales and co-founded a brokerage in San Francisco; The Madrone Group. His education and business background put him and his team a step above many of their competitors.
